• We ship worldwide! (with a small number of limitations)
• All orders placed between Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 48 hours. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details to the email provided when checking out.
• You can track your order online via www.auspost.com.au/track with your tracking number.
• If you're outside of Australia your order will be handed over to your local postal service once it clears customs in your country. To continue tracking your order right to your door, use the original tracking number with your local carrier.
• Please ensure that you enter your shipping details correctly. If shipping details are entered incorrectly and you do not contact us prior to orders being sent, we will not provide a refund or store credit to replace your order.

• Shipping can vary depending on your location but on average we estimate Australian orders will arrive within 5-7 business days and International orders 7-16 business days (not inclduing time spent in customs).
• Australia Post is not guaranteeing their shipping times at the moment, so if your order is urgent we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. Australian exports regulations require us to declare the exact value of all items and shipping costs. Prior to placing your order we recommend contacting your local customs office to confirm any duty and tax that will be payable.

To be eligible for an exchange or a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card that is valid for 3 years, you must meet the following criteria:

• item(s) must be returned within 14 days of dispatch domestically, 21 days internationally and accompanied by the original receipt and or order form along with proof of tracked postage purchase and emailed to hello@delsolarthelabel.com
• item(s) must be unworn and unused with original tags attached
• item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition
• del solar The Label reserves the right to deny a return, credit or exchange if the above conditions are not met
• del solar The Label are currently not offering free returns, however we are in the works to identify the right partner to achieve this

If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. Please contact us at hello@delsolarthelabel.com and we will help you out.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method the order was originally processed with. Once your returned items have been received, please allow 3-7 additional business days for the refund to process back into your account.
